How Do I Return My Reacteak Order?

you can easily return your reacteak order for any reason within 30 days.

follow the steps below to send your order back.

1. contact us by email: info@reacteak or WhatsApp +9725-5951-3949 for the return.

2. If we accept the return, we will provide a pre-pad return label.

3. Simply print and place the label on your return package and drop off at the nearest local post office location.

Where Is My Refund?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are team of humans, and we aren't perfect :)

Can I reschedule my pick-up?

Don't worry if you missed your scheduled pick-up—the return carrier will contact you to reschedule. Make sure someone is available to give the package to the carrier.

Can i exchange the order after I receive it?

If you would like a different size or color or item, The best way to exchange your order is to return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Can I return items more than 30 days after delivery?

No, we are not accepting returns after 30 days.

Why is my order delayed?

We do our best to deliver your order on time, but occasionally it takes us a little longer. Enhanced safety practices and high order volume sometimes slow us down. And once an order is dispatched, your package could be delayed by circumstances like severe weather, an incomplete delivery address or regional service delays.
