A. SHIPPING COSTS

Flat Rate Shipping: Order amount $0.00–$74.99 then shipping cost $10.00

Free Shipping: Order amount $75.00 and up the Free Shipping

Express Delivery To The Door cost $15.00

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 10 – 14 days (Monday to Friday).

Order cut off time will be 04:00 PM

Time Zone (GMT+02:00) Israel Standard Time (Jerusalem).

Order handling time is 2 - 3 business day (Monday to Friday).

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@reacteak.com or Call Us at +972 55-951-3949.

E. CANCELLATIONS

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
